It’s an exciting time for CoSo customers!

In addition to a host of new applications for Adobe Connect, Captivate Prime and Zoom—like Adobe Connect Broadcaster, which lets you broadcast large scale virtual meetings to 250,000 people, and various LMS integrations with BlackBoard, Brightspace and other environments–CoSo Cloud has just launched a new Customer Resource Portal that makes getting to make the most of your CoSo Cloud implementation even easier.

Explore the CoSo Cloud Customer Resource Portal and you will find all kinds of resources to help you start, attend and manage your Adobe Connect sessions, including quick start PDFs and on-demand training tutorials that walk you through all the Adobe Connect features (including using layouts, creating polls, and understanding the reports module), customization options (like adding a custom pod or setting up a breakout room), administrative controls (branding, compliance, etc.) and so much more. We even offer a new best practices page that pulls together all kinds of tips, from optimizing the virtual training experience to securing and making sure you’ve got enough network bandwidth for your meeting.

Check the calendar and register for a quick 30-minute webinar designed to fit easily into your work schedule.
